Mike Arguelles was raised in Biloxi, obtained an engineering degree from Southern Mississippi University. After obtaining his degree, Mike headed north to Memphis, Tennessee where he worked for the manufacturing divisions of several Fortune 500 companies. Mike wanted to return to the coast to start his own company, designing and building residential and commercial piers, bulkheads and boathouses.
Arguelles Marine Contracting, Inc. has been pleasing customers here on the Gulf Coast for nine years with our professionalism and attention to quality and detail.
Our offices and home are located on the Tchoutacabouffa River. We know that when you own waterfront property, you have chosen a lifestyle that includes a 24/7 view of the water, unrestricted access to the water and you want to maximize your time and ease of access. We work with our clients to secure all necessary permits from the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources (DMR), Mississippi Secretary of State for Mississippi Tidelands Leases and local city building permits. www.dmr.ms.gov
When we start your project our crews do not leave your site until the project is completed. We work Monday-Friday. You can expect us on the site by 7:30 a.m. and depart for the day by 4:00 p.m. At the end of the project we leave your site clean of project debris and trash.

Oil Spill Clean-up
Arguelles Marine Contracting, Inc has vessels and equipment here in the Mississippi Gulf Coast water systems. We are registered to participate in any and all efforts to prevent and contain oil spill contaminates from impacting our sensitive habitats here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We continue to support those who are already expending great efforts to contain and clean up the spill.
